Swedish Massage

Swedish massage brings relaxation to your whole body and mind. The massage therapist uses long, gliding strokes and gentle to medium pressure to relieve muscle tension and promote mental relaxation. Ideal for relieving stress, physical tension, and anxiety.

60 Minutes | $100
90 Minutes | $140
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist will work more deeply and focus on layers of muscles and other tissues deep under your skin. Ideal for anyone who is recovering from an injury or who wants to work intensely on a specific area.

60 Minutes | $125
90 Minutes | $175
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage combines the relaxation of a Swedish massage with the benefits of heat. Smooth heated stones are placed on specific parts of the body to ease muscle tension and increase blood flow to the affected area. An amazing full body experience that will melt your aches and pains away!

60 Minutes | $130
90 Minutes | $185

Our Massage Therapists

Ariadne Greenberg

Ariadne Greenberg is a licensed massage therapist as well as an ERYT 500 yoga teacher (Vinyasa and Yin), and a certified exercise instructor. In addition to Swedish and deep tissue massage she has studied Reflexology, Cupping, Gua sha, Reiki, Myofascial bodywork, and hot stone massage. She tends to blend elements to meet the needs of each client on the table. Her favorite work is hot stone massage, and like a good chef who carries their own box of knives, she is known to carry her own Stone collection.

Mayra Rivera

My earliest memory of massage is of my father asking my mother for back massages after a long day of work. This would often involve a tiny circular tin with the picture of a monkey, a glass cup, a candle and a coin. From a young age I understood that the minty balm and the fire cups were good to relieve deep pain. After a divorce and some "Eat, Pray, Love" time spent in Spain I came back stateside and completed my studies in therapeutic massage at Spa Tech Institute in 2009. Where being present, centered and constantly in tuned and connected to the receiver were ingrained in my noggin.

I would describe my touch as slow and intentional. My aim in all my sessions is to help the body reset; so whether it is achieved by stretching, compressing or doing static energetic holds my presence is to assist. My go-to tools include PNF stretching and Myofascial release. I leverage my body weight behind my hands for a constant firm pressure that has been described by some as effortless.
