Three Months Unlimited Yoga Membership
Attend as many classes as you like at Rhode Island Hot Yoga (Bristol OR Providence studio) during the 3 month program. We recommend practicing 3-4 times a week for maximum benefit.
Bi-Weekly Cooking and Nutrition Classes
Fuel your practice with healthy and delicious food! Each class includes a live cooking demonstration and samples to taste. (Meets Tuesday evenings at 6:15pm in Providence)
Weekly Recipes, Support Emails, and Private Facebook Group
Get new recipes to your inbox every week, get your questions answered in between meetings, and connect with each other for support and encouragement along the way.
Two Group Counseling Sessions (optional)
Work with a certified counselor to address any emotional issues that come up during the program related to your diet, your body, or your yoga practice
Mary Lattouf – Healthy Eating Educator
Founder of LULU GREEN Wellness, Mary Lattouf is a green lifestyle expert, healthy eating & wellness educator, and avid Bikram yogi. Before founding LULU GREEN, Mary spent 10 years working for Whole Foods Market as the Healthy Eating Program Director for New England. Mary holds a Certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.
Jayme McDonagh – Group Facilitator
Jayme McDonagh, LICSW graduated with her Masters in Clinical Social Work in 1995 from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness with a focus on psychiatric issues such as mood/anxiety disorders, substance-abuse and trauma. Jayme has also been teaching Bikram Yoga for 18 years, helping students to restore, revitalize and transform their lives using the healing power of the mind-body connection. She is committed to helping her clients develop a holistic perspective so they can effectively address the physical, mental, emotional and psychological aspects of wellness and find optimal health.
All nutrition classes meet on Tuesdays from 6:15 – 7:15pm in the lounge of the Providence studio. Yoga class can be attended on your own schedule. Dates and locations for additional activities will be determined based on the needs of the students who enroll!
