If you are using your mobile device, we suggested downloading our free "RI Hot Yoga" app to manage your schedule and easily access your virtual classes. Our Original Hot Yoga class is a therapeutic yoga series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises done in a heated room (100 – 105 degrees), which helps to boost circulation, relax the muscles, and improve mobility to stiff joints. We suggest grabbing a space heater and taking a nice hot shower before practicing to help loosen up your body.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity interval training class that used Pilates based principles. We do classes in a hot room to get your heart rate up - but we promise you'll still feel the burn when you do these moves at home! Yin Yoga is a slow paced, meditative class done entirely on the floor. If you don't have a yoga bolster, grab a rolled up blanket, a couch cushion, a very placid medium sized-dog, or any other supplies that you've got in your home!
