Our Heated Classes

Original Hot Yoga

The classic beginner's hot yoga class, designed to work every single muscle, joint, and system in your body! 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a heated room (~ 105 degrees.) Stretch, sweat, and leave feeling better than ever. 

NOTE: This class is offered in a 90 minute format, 60 minute format, and with music! See schedule for details.

Core Fire Conditioning

Core Fire Conditioning is a high energy, low impact class designed to build physical strength and cardiovascular stamina. Class is done in a heated room (~ 95 degrees) and uses a mix of high intensity interval training and traditional exercises. Class is set to upbeat music and is appropriate for all bodies and abilities.

Looking to kick it up a notch? Look for our Level 2 class on the schedule which adds weights and resistance bands!

Hell's Bells

Take your workout to a new level with Hell's Bells, a high intensity workout with Kettlebells! All the same high-energy low-impact goodness you get from your Core Fire Conditioning, with a lot of extra fire! This class focuses on Kettlebell Technique and is suitable for all beginners as well as enthusiasts. So come on rolling thunder and pouring rain, we're coming on like a hurricane....

Intermediate Series

This class builds on the foundation of the beginning Original Hot Yoga class. Take the skills that you've developed in our beginner classes and start to apply them to new postures and movements. Challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and remember to have fun and breathe!

We recommend starting a regular yoga practice that includes our Original Hot Yoga before adding this class to your weekly routine!

Our Non-Heated Classes

Slow Burn

This class begins with gentle warm-up movements and stretches. It then builds into a slow power flow, building strength and generating more internal heat. You will finish on the floor with deep restorative stretches. Appropriate for all experience levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, meditative class done entirely on the floor, with a strong focus on breath and stillness. We will take our time and use props to get settled into postures. Class will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.

NOTE: Bristol students, please bring your own props - we suggest a blanket, yoga blocks, and bolster if you have them!

Yoga for Hips & Back

This class focuses on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the back and hips through breath-based movement and longer holds. Great after a long day of sitting at a desk! This class is appropriate for all levels.
