At Rhode Island Hot Yoga, we offer kick-ass classes for regular-ass people. Our members are nurses and teachers, parents and students, office workers and gardeners, young professionals and retirees. We come from all different walks of life but we have one thing in common: we are committed to taking care of our health and we're not afraid of a little sweat!

Our specialties are Original Hot Yoga and Core Fire Conditioning,  both done in the heated room. We also offer a variety of non-heated classes during the week for those who prefer the cooler side of things. Explore our class schedule and discover the best option for you!

Are you ready for a vacation that leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed? We are currently taking reservations for our Maine Yoga Vacation in August and our Vermont Yin Yoga Retreat in October. Enjoy freshly prepared food, daily classes, beautiful locations, and great company. These trips are suitable for experienced yogis, new beginners, and everyone in between!
