Our studio offer healing hot yoga classes for all levels. We pride ourselves on creating a judgement-free, inclusive environment where people from all walks of life can come together to take care of themselves.

Unlike many yoga classes which move rapidly through the postures and can be confusing to beginners, we go through our sequence at a comfortable pace and explain every posture step by step. We can help you go at your own pace if you're new or dealing with an injury, so that you can get the maximum benefit for your body.

The best way to know if this is "right for you" is to try a few classes and see how you feel! Plan on taking your first 3-5 classes as close together as possible - that will get you through the initial learning curve and help you acclimate to the heat. Beginners are welcome in every class - no flexibility required!

Checklist for your first hot yoga class:

Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water

You will need a full size towel to put on top of your mat. (If you don't own a yoga towel, a beach towel works perfectly!) You can rent a mat from us until you get your own.

Be ready to get sweaty!

Wear comfortable lightweight clothes that let you move and stretch, come to class fully hydrated, and avoid any heavy meals for 2-3 hours before yoga.

Have a good time!

Don't stress about doing the poses perfectly on your first try! Your only goal is to leave class feeling better than when you came in. Breathe, have fun, and come back again tomorrow!
